More about Friederike Tröscher

Friederike Tröscher is exploring movement-mind relationship since 1985 and teaches dance & movement since 1992. She was trained as an occupational therapist and dancer and has additional background in dance therapy, biodynamic massage, rebirthing and meditation practice (Shambhala).

Friederike has worked with people of different populations like children with developmental challenges, neurological and psychiatric patients, musicians, dancers and actors and taught at several universities. She is interested in applying BMC® to dance, therapy, art, nature, personal and spiritual development. BMC® fundamentally explores becoming, rhythm and movement of life and therefore connects to all its aspects. Understanding and supporting how this potential can lead to a greater sense of wholeness and fulfillment in our lives is her desire.

She studied at the School for Body-Mind Centering® beginning in 1995 and became a Practitioner, Teacher and IDME (Infant Developmental Movement Educator). Since 2003 she is involved with organizing and teaching the BMC® certification programs in Germany and founded and directs moveus since 2007.

In addition to the programs at moveus Friederike offers a one-year BMC® training, workshops and individual sessions. Into her teaching she brings her rich experience, joy, a genuine interest in our potential as human beings and the wonder about the continous unfolding of life.
She lives with her husband and two children in Rhöndorf, Germany.
